Zina is a Mental Health professional with a PGD in C&G from Goa University and a certified practioneer in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy/Lead Management from the William Glasser Institute (USA). She brings a strong foundation in both mental health and academia, and possesses extensive experience as a Management Professor in Economics. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to integrate psychological principles with management education, enhancing personal learning and development. She is passionate about promoting mental wellness, effective leadership and informed decision-making, fostering growth, both in individuals through evidence based practices and empathetic engagement.
